Founder & CEO

Behind Navas Automation is Andres Navas, a technology leader, marketing strategist, and project management professional with a unique combination of experience in business growth, digital marketing, enterprise technology, and operational excellence.

Andres journey in marketing began long before digital advertising became the standard. Growing up in his family’s print shop, he learned graphic design, branding, and traditional marketing from his father, a graphic designer and printer. From creating flyers, brochures, and promotional materials to helping local businesses develop advertising strategies, he gained an early understanding of what it takes to attract customers and grow a business.

As marketing evolved, so did his expertise. Andres expanded into website development, digital marketing, SEO, user experience, analytics, and online advertising, helping businesses transition from traditional marketing to modern digital strategies.

Enterprise Marketing Experience

Throughout his career, he has led marketing and technology initiatives for agencies, eCommerce companies, and enterprise organizations. At New Ethic, he worked on website development, SEO optimization, landing pages, and eCommerce strategies that helped businesses improve online sales and customer experience. Later, at Streiff Marketing, which became Intero Digital, he led operational improvements, reporting systems, and process optimization that supported the agency’s growth from approximately 15 clients to more than 85 clients while providing teams with the data and insights needed to make smarter marketing decisions.

Technology & Business Transformation

Beyond marketing, Andres has built a career leading complex technology and business transformation projects for global organizations, including IBM, Hewlett Packard (DXC Technology), Warner Bros, RealPage, Experlogix, Helm360, and Intero Digital. His experience managing hundreds of projects across software development, legal technology, compliance, automation, and digital transformation allows him to approach every marketing initiative from a strategic business perspective rather than focusing on advertising alone.
